Our services

Credexium designs and sources custom engagement rings set with certified lab-grown diamonds. You can design a ring using our online builder and save it to your account. Compadre memberships are sold through our website as a paid guided-design product.

Quotes, pricing, and orders

Any prices, designs, or timelines shown before a written quote are estimates and may change based on diamond availability, specifications, and market conditions. A binding order is formed only when we and you agree in writing to a specific ring, price, and terms, and any required deposit is paid.

Diamonds and certification

Our center diamonds are independently graded lab-grown stones. We feature GCAL 8X certified diamonds — GCAL's highest cut grade — and when one isn't available for your design, we hand-pick an Ideal-cut alternative graded by GCAL or IGI and label it clearly before you buy. Every stone ships with its accompanying independent grading report. Because natural materials and handcrafting are involved, minor variations may exist between preview images and the finished piece.

Guarantee

Our craftsmanship guarantee and any resizing or service terms will be provided in writing with your order. Those written terms govern the specifics of your purchase.

Made-to-order sizes and final sale items

Some ring sizes and configurations are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged after production begins. When this applies, we identify the item as final sale during checkout and ask you to confirm the ring size before payment. This restriction applies only where it is shown for the item you are purchasing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Credexium and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credexium is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website.
